Do you make ads for us?
No. We make the footage, with no text on it, in every size. You, your editor or your agency make the ads.
Do I need to post you the product?
Usually not. Phone photos, your size and your label artwork are enough. For tricky products, like liquid in glass, a sample in the post helps. A CAD file works too.
What's a high-res bake?
Any shot you set up in your studio, rendered properly with real light. Bakes run overnight and land in your library by 9am.
Who owns what you make?
You do. Once you've paid and your 30-day refund window has passed, you own every asset in your pack: the clips, stills and bakes, plus the 3D file on the Drop and Launch packs. The Taster doesn't include the 3D file, so that stays with us unless you unlock the full studio. If you take a refund, the work comes back to us.
Is my studio public?
No. It's private and isn't listed anywhere, but anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust. Ask us for a new link any time and the old one stops working.
Are there monthly fees?
No. Your studio stays open with no hosting fees. You only pay when you add something, or if you choose Refresh.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 30 days of your studio opening. We'll redo it once for free, and if you still don't love it, you get a full refund. Refunded work is handed back, so please take it down and delete it. Your legal rights are not affected.
